Build A Seam Week 3
This weeks seam was doing a Herringbone on either side of the seam. I done the herringbone stitch, then added a running stitch,,detached chain in the middle of the little x's and detached chain flowers in the middle.

Lovely Thelma, it never amazes me how beautful these stitches turn out.
Thelma, you've done an absolutely superb job on this stitch and seam. It's not only varied, but it's well-executed and really ties those two patches together. WOW! Hugs, Cathy
Thank you so much Karen and Cathy for your wonderful compliments on this seam. I am enjoying doing these seams cause I really need to learn to build up my seams.

I like the way the flowers vary in the middle of the stitches.
Great looking seam Thelma! I know what you mean about building up seams. Need to work on that more myself.
This is really gorgeous!
