Well, now that I get the color scheme beside my block I seem to notice I picked the wrong colors, the light blue showing in my block was suppose to be the second color from the left of the color scheme. I guess the night I picked my fabrics I must have been to tired to tell the difference. The camera turned the blue violet color(the first in the color scheme) to look like a blue. Believe me you can see the violet color in it in person. And the last color on the color scheme, I didn't have that color so I used a white.Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. So very pretty, Norma. I'm watching the progress on this venture. Hope you're enjoying it!
Very pretty Thelma I like it and can't wait to see more.

Apart from the white I would say the tonal values of yur colours are very similar to the ones Sharon has chosen. Also your monitor may have lead to believe the colours were different.
Beautiful work never goes wrong though.
What a beautiful lady you have chosen for your centerpiece.
I am looking forward to your embellishments!
Your block looks wonderful. The center image matches the colours so wonderfully!
I think that your block looks great! I really like the way you have it pieced together. I hope that my next block for the challenge has nicer shapes like yours. I look forward to seeing how you choose to embellish it.
Getting colours right from someone's site doesn't always work well, as each printer gives out a different shade it seems. I had trouble too. Your choices look very good and the completed bare block is very classy. I look forward to seeing it with embellishments.
Thank you everyone for your nice comments on my block.
